I was three years old, but I only started playing in SA Kids tournaments about three years ago.
My Dad took us to play golf, because we enjoyed hitting in the garden.
Rory McIlroy, because my coach says I have a similar swing to him, but I just have to get my hips through a bit more.
My favourite course that I have ever played is my home course, Randpark Golf club, the Bushwillow course. I also like Eagle Canyon.
I had to hit out of a dam once. I had to hit the ball off a rock and it landed about a meter away from the hole.
I practice three times a week at The Elite Academy at Randpark Golf Club. Mondays we do a two hour practice and then one hour of fitness. I do two hours on a Wednesday and then I play 9-holes on a Friday afternoon.
School always comes first. It gets a bit tricky when I have practice on a Monday afternoon/evening and then a group tests at school the next day, but I try to do extra studying on the weekends.
I would like to start consistently shooting an average of 39 or lower and eventually become a scratch golfer.
Ever met a famous golfer?
No, not personally, but I have watched Louis Oosthuizen live at the SA Open and he is cool.
I like to play cricket. I play for my school, Randburg Cricket Club, North West District and I made the Gauteng regional team before Covid. I also play indoor cricket for Western Gauteng.
I like to go fishing at the dam near our home. I also enjoy playing soccer in the garden with my brothers and have become quite a gamer since COIVD and enjoy playing online with my friends.
Spiderman (Far from Home).
I don’t live by any motto, but I am learning that if you don’t succeed, learn from your mistakes, get your head space right and then try again.
Remember to brush the grass and try hold your finish for at least three seconds after every shot. If you have a bad hole, gather your thoughts and start from fresh on the next one.

I was five years old.
My dad plays. My mom used to play, but now she just drives us to all our lessons.
Because it’s fun to hit the ball far with my driver and I can win lots of trophies.
Yes, my dad.
Houghton was the last course I played and it was great.
Yes, Darren Witter is my coach.
I have two lessons a week and then I play 9-holes with my dad on a Friday afternoon.
I have played five SA Kids tournaments and won three trophies – I came 2nd, 3rd and 2nd again.
Yes, of course (and gives a big smile).
To play on my moms phone – giggling – and I like to go fishing, play cricket, soccer and swim when we have a braai.

I was three years old when I started playing, and have only joined in with the
SA Kids tournaments in the past three years.
My dad took us to play golf.
Bubba Watson, because he is a “lefty” like me and can hit the ball far.
Shew, I have played so many courses, but my home course, Bushwillow, is my favourite.
It wasn’t funny at the time, but I hit a freshy on my drive a few weeks ago in a tournament. It was on a par 5. I got so mad that I hit it again and it landed just a chip away from the green and I parred the hole.
I do the Elite academy with Caleb, so I practice three times a week. Mondays we do a two hour practice session and then one hour of fitness. I also do two hours on Wednesdays and then play
9-holes on a Friday afternoon.
My mom always says that school comes first.
Sometimes it’s a rush, but my parents are there to drive us around and help us.
I want to consistently shoot under 80 and I definitely want to get some hole-in-one’s too.
Nope, but I enjoyed watching Louis Oosthuizen live at Randpark Golf Club during the SA Open.
Cricket, cricket and more cricket!!! I play for my school, Randburg Cricket Club and North West District. I also play indoor cricket for Western Gauteng.
Eat food, hahaha!!! I love having a braai with my family, playing cricket and playing online games with my friends.
If you fail at something, come back stronger the next time.
Practice is very important.
