& What’s In The Bag This Rookie Season? By Murray White.
After a very successful career (14 wins) on the amateur circuit, Yurav Premllall has made his big decision to turn pro this February.
It’s never an easy decision and everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion, but Yurav and his team are 100% sure in his ability, and maturity and that the time has finally come for this talented 19-year-old. As his father says it’s his decision, we have and always been behind him and Yurav feels it’s GO time.
You can feel the genuine excitement and invigoration for the journey and challenges that lie ahead for Yurav.
EQ, IQ and an incredible golfing talent, he has it all with the right support structures who have shown their true worth during this transitional period, which is always tricky.
With Grant Veenstra as his coach and mentor plus Mark Bell as his agent, Yurav certainly has a quality and experienced team in his corner. Needless to say, Yurav is ever grateful for his time and the entire team at Golf RSA who gave him such tremendous support and tutelage over the past 5 years. They have been instrumental in his maturation as a golfer and he would certainly love to give back to the incredible program that helped him so much.
